Mahomet must go to the mountain somewhere tropical.

or at least eat that way
. In my continuous effort to lure summer to Portland, I am playing with these:



I cut up some mangoes and they played it cool in the freezer a bit:


I put them in the food processor, with some of this:


Mmm…  delicious.

Mango creme popsicle… Happy First Day of Summer, everyone!

Oooo my goodness! Doll these look fabulous!

I cry myself to sleep every night wishing the So Delicious Coconut milk was here in Canada…..but its NOT! Eeeekk. They say “soon”.

What a perfectly simple dessert that is ever so healthy!

That’s it. I’m getting my butt to Target and buying some popsicle holder thingies. I haven’t had homemade popsicles since elementary school. These look fantastic!
