two pizzas

uh oh. pizza again?

Last night I made a very easy and very tasty dinner, using more of the gluten free crusts from Kinnikinnick. We were once again impressed with this crust – crispy, crunchy and chewy – not dense like most gluten free crust or bread.

We opened another bottle of Noble Pig Pinot Gris while I prepared the pizzas.

Jason will eat raw broccoli but not cooked, so we snacked on this while the pizzas cooked:

The savory pizza was tomato pineapple salsa and cheese. Yep, salsa pizza. It was spicy goodness:

We loved this unique combination – Jason now thinks I am a genius. ;)

More broccoli and more Noble Pig:

Then… dessert. Two things.

Mmm, brie. Paired with my first Crofter’s, from Brittney! :D Thanks, friend!

If I were buying this myself, I would have picked the same flavor.

This was a perfect flavor with the brie. YUM.

Do you like sweet or ‘dessert’ pizza? What’s your favorite flavor of salsa?

Yum! Salsa pizza sounds delish. I’ve had a scrumptious Mexican pizza with salsa, black beans and bell peppers. And I love Crofter’s – doesn’t get much better. I also love dessert pizza – apple cinnamon, please! :)

I like any kind of pizza :) My favorite brand of salsa is Herdez — Fitnessista recommended it months ago. I tried it and it tastes so good!

I am a huge fan of dessert pizza. In fact, I am a huge fan of anything with “dessert” in the title. :)

You know I got super excited over this title ;-) Love the idea of that salsa on the pizza. Yum. I’m not a big dessert pizza person actually. I’m usually too full from the savory pizza ;-)

I LOVE dessert pizza, and brie, berries and honey is one of my favorite combos. Mmmm! This post makes me drool, haha!

Funny thing! I haven’t had Crofters yet either! I bought myself some when I got yours though, so I’m going to crack it open soon. I have a couple open jars of jam in the fridge I should get through first though or I’ll have an entire shelf of nut butters and jam in there!
