vanilla grape

When I am traveling and only want to bring my small motor whisk with me, if I am not feeling well enough to eat much but need some protein and vitamins, if I am pressed for time and hungry,

this is perfect.

vanilla grape drink

1 1/2 cups ice water
1 packetĀ vanilla protein powder
1 packet grape Spark Energy

Blend and enjoy! I love grape.

Living vicariously - what’s everyone up to this Saturday?

Yum! I like drinks that are ready in 10 seconds.

I spent the morning organizing our bills, receipts, and prepping for taxes. Wooot! Going to spend the next couple of hours skimming through my recipe book and coming up with new ones for next week! We’re also planning on making socca pizza tonight, pretty excited about it.

I don’t know if I would have thought to mix those two, but I’m intrigued! I need to get my hands on some more Spark!

I caught up on all the seasons of my fave British show. Not too eventful here =). But, I do have to say, I’ve been glazing over your drinks for a while (as my energy level sinks to lower depths everyday), but I woke up this morning and thought, I need to start doing something to get energy naturally, why don’t I visit spabettie today!! So, I hope to try out your shakes in the coming days/weeks. I’m going to go all out and start with the green monster. I’ll let you know how it goes =) Hope you had a fab weekend!

I could tell you a horrid story about creamy grapes, but it would involve my childhood, a ferry, and vomit. None of these things NEED to be discussed on any blog. :D
