I always eat my greens, but for some reason I feel the need to increase that today. Who doesn’t love gettin’ there greens in? Green pancakes…heck yeah!

Which ones are you eating today? I LOVE the green pancakes, even though the colour freaked me out a bit when I thought it was food colouring and not spinach. Also…broccoli in muffins? Sheer genius!
