We are grilling again tonight, and it will be a mexican theme!
As an pre-grilling appetizer, I made another new guacamole. Would it surprise you to know it’s spicy? I made it a sweet and spicy, and the cool of the avocado goes perfect with the heat of the habanero.
Delicious and simple, just the way I like it.
mango habanero guacamole
1 – 2 habanero peppers, finely diced*
juice of one lime
sea salt to taste
*Quantity based on heat preference
Purée mango in food processor or high speed blender, add water to thin if necessary. Mash avocados. Add mango, habanero, lime juice, stir until combined.
Serve with veggies and chips – we are having Food Should Taste Good blue corn – so good!
Pair with margaritas and you have a tasty Happy Hour at Home…
