NuNaturals giveaway

by Kristina Sloggett on May 14, 2011

in Basil is a Young Sportsman

I recently used NuNaturals for the first time, after they sent me a huge box full of all their goodies!

In the last month I have learned a great deal about this natural, no calorie sweetener. Many of their products satisfy your sweet tooth without raising blood sugar levels, and LevelRight™ is formulated with the right vitamins, minerals, herbs, and nutraceuticals to actually manage blood sugar.

The first recipe I tried was my coconut mango cobbler.

I used the NuNaturals MoreFiber™ Baking Blend™ and it turned out great. I also used the baking blend and NuNaturals Pure Liquid™ Vanilla in the vanilla coconut ice cream I made.

The vanilla Pure Liquid is my favorite product so far.

I specifically asked if I could try their energy products – the Mental Energy and the Extra Energy – we are loving both! NuNaturals wants you to have energy, too…

NuNaturals is generously giving away to FOUR people:

1 NuStevia Packets, 50 count box,
1 NuNaturals Vanilla Stevia Liquid two ounce bottle
1 Extra Energy 30 count bottle

yes, FOUR winners!
U.S. only for this one, sorry international readers <3

I’ve never tried NuNaturals, but would love to! Right now I love adding maple syrup as a sweetener.

I’d love to see you add these into cookies—I’m wondering how much is needed in comparison to normal sugar?

Oh now we’re talking! I love love love NuNaturals. I seriously think they are the best for stevia. Love the vanilla. I use it all the time. I recently tried their cocoa bean (I think that’s what it’s called) and it’s not bad, but vanilla still rules.

Yes! I love NuNaturals products. I use the baking blend all of the time and I carry a bottle of the vanilla stevia in my purse at all times so I can add it to my plain yogurt or if I dare have a coffee drink. I would like to see you make some low carb chocolate dessert using NuNaturals as the stevia sweetener.
I also tweeted and am now following them and added them as a friend on FB!

Well, the only sweetener I have used is good old sugar! Guess I am old fashioned. :) The pure vanilla has me curious though, and the recipes you shared are making me hungry.

I’m less interested in actual recipes and more interested in discussion. Like, I’ve had weird aftertaste issues with stevia in the past. Does NuNaturals have that issue? How do you use the product? In what quantities? If you baked cookies with raw sugar vs. maple syrup vs. agave vs. NuNaturals, what would the side-by-side comparison look like? How does it stack up? What do the nutritional specs look like? Those are the sorts of things I’m most interested in. =)

Oh also, homemade chocolate (bars, sauces, ice creams, brownies, etc.)
