Well if it isn’t Bettie Claus herself, spreading Christmas cheer! And what better way to do so than by giving away a bakers edge pan? I have honestly never seen this before but now my eyes are transfixed upon it–it is on the top of my Christmas list this year. Oh, I hope I have been good enough to get it

Hands down, I’d make gluten free brownies for my 7 year old. She asked me to get her the “perfect” brownie pan for her birthday last year. I assure you, there is nothing perfect about that awful pan. The Baker’s Edge pan, however, looks like a dream come true!

I randomly just had a craving for “Hello Dolly!” Bars (sometimes called 7-Layer Bars), but since I am now digging this whole “vegan with benefits” thing…and can’t have milk without stomach issues…I’ve love to try and figure out a way to make them without the whole “cover in a can of condensed milk” step.

I can’t remember when I first saw one of these pans, but I did think “that’s genius!” Like most people have said it’d probably be brownies, but not just any brownies. My mom taught me a trick where you put half the batter in the pan, then you layer in Hershey’s Symphony bars, then finish with the rest of the batter. Delicious.
There’s a brownie recipe in Vegan Diner that I’ve been meaning to try… This pan would be just the trick!
