I don’t know if it would work as a frosting for a cake pop, for those you tend to want something that will form a ‘shell’ like you said, something that will set and harden, right? this is the consistency of a frosting you would use for a cake or a cupcake, for sure – it’s like a soft cream cheese. SO delicious – just probably would stay soft and frosting like.
