Ok. I made the chocolates, not skulls though as part of my x-mas gift boxes, they went in w/the cayanne truffles, red wine truffles & green tea lollipops. They will now be added EVERY year. Everyone LOVED them. I had to make 3 batches b/c my kids couldn’t stop eating them. Thank you

that sounds like a fun time – I would love to find a celebration like that next year, especially if we can bring a pup – I don’t like to think of Basil home alone on Halloween, if people are coming to the door…

we had fun with candy duty – Jason and I took turns wearing the horse head mask – whomever had that on had to hold Basil while the other person answered the door and gave out candy! SO FUN!

I know the heat isn’t for everyone… the skulls are fun, though. I don’t think I can wait until next Halloween to use them again, may have to make more skulls just because!

they were pretty amazing… try a smaller batch in case you are not really fond of them? the tahini shortbread, make a double batch
